AMERICAN REPUBLIC RADIO NEWS

President, CEO Loren Kelly OF POLYMER 80 is our guest to discuss 2A rights and his special kind of 2A compliance.

Polymer80, Inc. designs and develops innovative firearms and after-market accessories that provide ways for our customer to participate in the build process, while expressing their right to bear arms. This provides a fun learning experience and a greater sense of pride in their completed firearm, strengthening our brand loyalty. We summarize this with our motto of “Engage Your Freedom”.

On August 10, 2022, the Superior Court for the District of Columbia ruled that Polymer80 handgun frames, lower receivers, Buy, Build, Shoot kits and any comparable products are illegal to purchase and possess in the District of Columbia under District of Columbia law.  Please be advised that different states, localities, and jurisdictions have different laws regarding the types of products sold by Polymer80, and such products may be unlawful in certain places.  By using the POLYMER80 website, or using or purchasing a Polymer80 product, you affirm that you have verified that you may possess, purchase, and use Polymer80 products under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The State of California prohibits the sale and/or assembly of certain products, and, accordingly, Polymer80 does not permit unserialized, unfinished frame or receiver kits to be distributed to or sold into California.

DAYTON, Nev. (JAN. 20, 2022) — It is with profound sadness that Polymer80 (P80®) announces that Loran Kelley Sr., an instrumental partner and father of Polymer80, has passed away. Kelley was a true advocate and supporter of our individual rights to home gun building and he possessed an unwavering belief that freedom-loving Americans should enjoy home gun building – a tradition older than the country itself. He dedicated himself to this passionate commitment by his efforts in advising on the development of P80.

The large network of home gun building is a testament to his work and would not be possible without his pioneering vision. “My father raised me to not compromise on what was right, and that this great nation of ours should always remain free. He was an ardent supporter of the ideals found in our 2nd Amendment and loved the freedom home gun building encouraged and enabled,” said Loran Kelley Jr.

“His immortal legacy will forever lie in that spirit this community imbues into every gun we build. Like so many stones in the tower that is his memory.”

Loran Kelley Sr.’s vision and efforts will continue to flourish as P80 grows under the leadership of his son Loran Kelley Jr.
