National conservatives Candace Owens and Dinesh D’Souza were two featured keynote speakers at the New California State 7th Constitutional Convention. It was spectacular! Candace Owens is the founder of the BLEXIT foundation, an organization dedicated to driving conservative principles into urban communities. She is also a published author, speaker, and host of the weekly “Candace Owens Show”
Following the January 15, 2018 New California State Declaration of Independence, the July 21, 2018 1st Constitutional Convention at Harris Ranch, the October 5-6 2nd Constitutional Convention in Irvine, the 3rd Constitutional Convention, January 26, 2019 in Roseville, the 4th Constitutional Convention in Fresno, the 5th Constitutional Convention in Orange County October 25-26, 2019 and then delegates of the New California State movement came together for the 6th Constitutional Convention in San Luis Obispo to construct the New California State Constitution and pass critical legislation to create New California State.
Dinesh D’Souza, Author, “United States of Socialism” & film-maker of “Trump Card”; Candace Owens, American conservative author, commentator, and political activist, will be two of the featured speakers for the most important and historical State Constitutional Convention since West Virginia’s in 1861.
New California is a new state in development exercising its Constitutional Right to form from the State of California as codified under Article IV Section 3 of the United States Constitution and in the United States Declaration of Independence.
New Californians came back to Fresno for the 7th Constitutional Convention in defiance of Governor Newsom’s edicts OCTOBER 15, 16, 17, 2020 for the most important and historical State Constitutional Convention since the 1861 Wheeling, Virginia Constitutional Convention to create the state of West Virginia.
President and Founder of the New California State Movement Paul Preston presided over the OCTOBER 15-17, 2020 Constitutional Convention to make New California State the 51st State of the Union of States known as the United States of America.
The New California State Legislature met to select delegates to the “Constitutional Drafting Convention” to he held in November 2020.
New California State 7th Constitutional Convention Update

New California State Update: Sutter, San Luis Obispo & Fresno Counties
Hidden away from the grasping overreach of our tyrannical Governor, New California State defied his long arm of lawlessness and held its 7th Constitutional Convention at a clandestine location in Fresno County. New California State will not comply nor be deterred!!!! The week of the Convention, Candace Owens also spoke on behalf of New California in Sutter County, CA at the Church of Glad Tidings October 12, 2020 where over 700 people turned out.
Then on October 13, 2020 in San Luis Obispo, CA where over 1,000 people turned out at the Thousand Hills Ranch. Finally on October 16, 2020 Candace was the keynote speaker at the New California State 7th Constitutional Convention in Fresno, County, CA at the Wonder Valley Ranch.
Candace was our keynote speaker along with Dinesh D’Souza where there were over 450 in attendance. Among those in attendance were14 county members from Napa County.
A high point of the Convention was watching the live podcast of New Illinois as they read their Declaration of Independence on Saturday. They are following the process our Founding Fathers clearly provided and outlined in our great Constitution. It is the process started by New California State with several other states now following our lead.
