New California v. Newsom -

New California State and Paul Preston have filed their revised law suite against California Governor Gavin Newsom and and former California Secretary of State Alex Pedilla for their role in the November 3, 2020 general elections. The original case was file on December 28, 2020.

At the hearing on April 5, 2021 both sides agreed to dismiss the case and to refile in Sacramento County. The case was refiled and today the court issued a case number for New California State & Paul Preston v Gov. Gavin Newsom & Secretary of State Alex Padilla. Case Number 34-2021-80003621-cu-wm-gds.
