New California State will be sending “Delegate Representatives” to Washington DC to start the process of joining the Union of States called the United States of America. The process to become a state in the Union was set in motion on January 15, 2018, when New California State declared independence from the state of California in Marysville, CA.
Since the Declaration of Independence was read New California State proclaimed 190 Grievances around the state, conducted 12 Constitutional Conventions, established a Legislature with a Senate and Assembly, an executive and judicial branches, held over 100 town halls and hearings, filed two lawsuits against the state of California, filed 3 Amicus to the U.S. Supreme Court and chartered 56 whole or part of counties into New California State. Now the next part of the statehood process is to request statehood status from Congress.
“The Great State of New California seeks admission intothe United States on an equal footing with theother states. The constitution shall always be republican in form and shall not be repugnant to the U.S. Constitution or the principles of the Declaration of Independence”. ……….From New California State’s admissions letter.
Becoming a state is not unusual for the United State since its been done 50 times before with the last two states Alaska and Hawaii coming into the Union in 1959 under President
Dwight D. Eisenhower.
In February 2023 Delegate Representatives Patty Plumb, Assembly Member, Shasta County and Josh Disney, Assembly Member, San Benito County were dispatched to set in motion the statehood process to Washington DC. Now over a year later the process continues with three Delegate Representatives arriving Monday July 8, 2024.
Founded in 2017 by Paul Preston, the New California State movement seeks to equally split California by population, 20 million people in California and 20 million in people in New California State.
People are leaving California in droves, and many are feeling that there is no hope for California. Now there is hope for both California and New California State.
The New New California State Delegates Representatives are: Roseann DiCostanzo, Senator, Orange County, Karen Ginkel, Assembly Member, Santa Clara County and Josh Disney, Assembly Member, San Benito County the Delegate Representatives are tasked to continue the process with the scheduling of meetings and presentation of papers necessary for the statehood process to move forward.
