Sacramento, CA. Tesla Dealership in Sacramento, CA is so supportive of NCS that they want to support us. Last weekend, there was only ONE lone patriot combating 200 to 300 paid agitators against her and the Tesla dealership.
"We can give him a constitution; we can give him a state in which he can be very, very viable," he said. Paul Preston, President New California State May 13, 2020
Sacramento County Rural New Californians approached the dealership about setting up a counter protest to show New California's support for Tesla and Elon Musk. The following day they were surprised to learn that the dealership had not only approved their sidewalk show of support but were stunned to learn that the Dealership was so excited by New California's upcoming street rally that they were going to lend NCS 2 Tesla Trucks to have parked at our Rally site for the next two weeks.
In May of 2020 Elon Musk threatened to move Tesla out of California. New California State was the first to respond with a demonstration of support of Tesla at his Alameda County headquarters to remain in California as New California becoming the 51st State would be an answer to his concerns. Letters were exchanged between New California and Elon Musk as a continued show of support to keep jobs in California.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter Saturday the company is preparing to file a lawsuit against Alameda County and could move its headquarters and future operations out of California. On Friday, Alameda County's interim public health officer, Dr. Erica Pan, said that health orders to contain a Covid-19 outbreak in the region are still in place, and that Tesla does not have a "green light," to resume vehicle production at its main U.S. car plant in Fremont, California.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin backed Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Monday, telling CNBC that California should help the company reopen its plant there amid the Covid-19 pandemic. “I agree with Elon Musk. He’s one of the biggest employers and manufacturers in California, and California should prioritize doing whatever they need to do to solve those health issues so that he can open quickly and safely,” Mnuchin said on “Squawk on the Street.” Tesla’s Fremont, California, plant has been closed since March 23 due to shelter-in-place orders, but the company is pushing to resume production.
A rush to return has been met with heavy resistance from local authorities. Musk threatened Saturday to pull Tesla out of California amid a dispute with Alameda County over the shutdown. Tesla also filed a lawsuit against the county, asking a federal court to invalidate orders by local authorities that have prevented the automaker from resuming production. “They’re going to find that if he’s threatened he’s going to move his production to a different state,” Mnuchin said.
